We had Bay Breeze Air install a small split system AC in Shoal Bay.
Very professional, timely, courteous, very prompt turnaround and at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Bay Breeze and would use again. Thank you to Paul and Amanda.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Bay Breeze Air. The friendly yet professional manner of both the office and field staff was exemplary. Amanda rang us to keep us informed of what time Paul would arrive and if he was delayed at a previous job. When they arrived they got straight onto the job and when finished left the site clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional service! During a busy time of year they were still able to provide us with quite honestly the best service I’ve ever experienced with air conditioning or any building trades. The lovely lady on the phone and the man who installed our unit was so fantastic and made everything so easy. I could not recommend higher!

Amazing experience. Amanda was the lady i spoke to from the office and she got paul out for a service call 24 hours later. Both extremely professional and polite. Couldn't recommend this family business enough.

Extremely happy with the service we received from Bay Breeze Air. They were punctual, reliable and kept us informed throughout the entire repair process. Excellent communication and we would have no hesitation in recommending this business to others wishing to have repairs done to their aircon in a timely and professional manner, Paul really knows his stuff and he took time to explain everything.
